UPDATE FOR BENJAMIN STEVENS ESTATE AGENCY COVID SAFETY POLICY

Please read below the measures below which we would like to make you aware of, to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus and keep our clients and staff safe.

At Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents, we are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of all our clients at this time.

As of July 2021, the government has outlined their roadmap for the upcoming months as well as their guidelines on relaxing Covid restrictions.

At this time, due to case numbers still currently rising, we believe we still have a duty of care to you, our sellers, our buyers, our landlords, our tenants and, also our staff.

WE REMAIN OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Moving forward, it is our intention to continue conducting viewings in the same manner as we have been operating during this pandemic.

We will continue to review our policy in the coming months.

Please CLICK HERE to view the measures which we would like to make you aware of, to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus and keep our clients and staff safe.

We wish you and your families well.

Keep safe, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
