Sebby’s Corner Emergency Cost of Living Crisis Appeal

Sebby’s Corner Emergency Cost of Living Crisis Appeal

Fundraising for Sebby’s Corner Emergency Cost of Living Crisis Appeal

At Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents we are supporting my wife's (Sally) efforts to help fundraise for Sebby’s Corner Emergency Cost of Living Crisis Appeal.

They supply items such as nappies, formula, clothing, and baby equipment to families in need.

The cost of living crisis has pushed thousands more families into poverty and they need our help now more than ever. No child should go without a clean nappy, toothbrush or a warm coat.

We have 2 days to raise at least £150,000.

Together we can make a difference.

We would really appreciate anyone who is able to donate just a small amount to help this fantastic cause.

Thank you for your support.

More homes are competing for buyer attention, so sellers need more than a hopeful asking price. A smart launch, realistic valuation and strong presentation can help attract serious interest.

April is the final window for landlords in England to prepare for the first phase of the Renters’ Rights Act. With the new tenancy regime starting on 1 May 2026, now is the time to review paperwork, processes and whether self-management still feels realistic.

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.
